Community Courses... Learning on your doorstep!

nwrc community guide 2017-18 cover

Welcome to our 2017-2018 Community Learning page which profiles our outreach learning provision currently on offer through community partners in venues throughout Derry~Londonderry, Limavady and Strabane.

At our College we strive to provide quality education and training for everyone, and many of the courses we offer provide the knowledge and skills you may need to develop your career, while other options can give you the chance to learn a new skill, meet new friends and enjoy a rewarding learning experience. These courses enable individuals and small groups to undertake short courses in areas including Essential Skills, GCSEs, Return to Study, and Hobby & Special Interest.

We encourage you to take some time to view our Course Guide below to discover the range of courses we are now offering in partnership with our colleagues from community organisations throughout the region. If you find a course that interests you, please contact the relevant community centre for further details using the contact  information as advertised, or contact our very own community representatives (see page 2 of the brochure for the relevant detail).  Enrolment for courses is also made directly with the relevant community centre.

Our careers team are also on standby to help you to find the course that suits you best, and when you make the choice to commence your learning our dedicated and experienced teaching and support staff will be ready to ensure your study is enjoyable and rewarding. We look forward to welcoming you to your chosen course of learning this year, and wish you every success.
