Steps to Success: Inspiring & Upskilling Female Entrepreneurs …in association with Derry City & Strabane District Council Enterprise Week & Women in Enterprise.
To mark International Women’s Day on March 8th, Women in Enterprise and North West Regional College are delighted to partner host this event for those considering starting a business, and those already running their own businesses across the region. The event will commence with an opportunity to network and will also enable participants to attend a workshop to gain practical skills they can apply within their own business.

Our keynote speaker, Lara Morgan will share the story of her success, from establishing her business, Pacific, as a 23 year old, through to selling it, seventeen years later, for the sum of £20million. Lara is passionate about inspiring and encouraging entrepreneurs to follow in her footsteps and to achieve their own definition of success, and will share practical tips to making that happen.
