The Student Experience

Let's be honest...you study to achieve qualifications, which you need to get a job or move onto a university course. This is important. But there's much more to being a student, it's also about making new friends, being part of our teams, clubs and societies and spending time in the students' union. Our students are encouraged to make the most of ALL their time at College.

Live & Learn at North West Regional College

Live - prepare for the future & enjoy the present...

Our students thrive in the College's relaxed atmosphere, where there's no bells, no uniforms, just an opportunity combine focusing on studies, with the fun of being a student. Whether you join the Students' Union, or decide to play for one of our many sports team - you can get involved in a range of activities outside of class, to meet new people and have some fun.

At College you'll be encouraged to be more independent - with the support of our staff you'll learn how to manage your studies, giving you more control of your free time. College events include Fresher's Week and Student OK Day, charity fundraising events and industry competitions - being a student with us can be very busy!

Learn - the more you achieve, the further you will go...
