Money Matters
When planning your study abroad, it is very important to be clear about the financial cost of it and prepare yourself well for it. The following section will give you information on:
Tuition Fees
Please contact us for our latest fees.
The College does not charge an application fee.
Cost of Living
It is very difficult to estimate an individual’s living costs as we all have different requirements.
Student Support have compiled these figures below as a realistic (minimum) estimate of your living expenses as a student at North West Regional College. We think they represent a reasonable estimate for the period September 2009 – June 2010.
You must have enough money for your course fees.
This figure is roughly broken down as follows:
Expenses per month (approx. £500)
- Accommodation £200
- Heating £25
- Food/household goods £130
- Local transport £30
- Entertainment £65
- Telephone/postage £25
- Incidentals £25
Additional annual expenses
- Household items £125
- Books and stationery £250
- Warm clothing £250
- Travel outside the city £200
- Baggage expenses £180
Scholarships
As the College tries the best to keep the tuition fee as low as possible for all students and as competitive as possible, there are no scholarships available currently for individual students.
