Why we are the college for your son or daughter
We are delighted that your son or daughter is considering North West Regional College. Rest assured that they are in good hands as our team of experts are here to ensure that he/she will receive a top quality learning experience which is aimed at discovering their real potential.
We attract students with top GCSE, ‘A’ Level and Honours Leaving Certificate grades and more than 600 NWRC students graduate to higher study every year.
Did you Know
Our Level 2 & Level 3 courses include practical work experience and are recognised by employers and universities – infact our Level 3 Diplomas are the equivalent to 3 ‘A’ Levels.
While we encourage independence, we have strict conduct and behaviour policies. So if anyone steps out of line we won’t be shy about letting them know. Our students often comment on the high level of support we provide.
Students are taught longer in NWRC than on most degree classes! Our staff regularly collect top honours and prizes reflecting their high calibre of teaching and student support.
What we provide
While our primary objective is to make your son/daughter ready for employment, we also aim to develop them as individuals by involving them in various aspects of College life – sports, clubs & societies, events, gigs and shows.
The support we provide is critical – Finance (Grants, Loans, etc); Learning (Assignment writing, time management); Careers (Prepare a CV, Complete job applications, Prepare for interviews); Pastoral Care and Health & Welfare.
