VETS/Trainers working with SMEs in relation to the delivery of programmes/courses/training require new competences to define training methodologies and processes used in relation to migrants and mobile workers. The influence of Trade Unions/Chambers and Employee Associations is also important in the relationships of VETS/Trainers to SMEs.
