WHAT OUR STUDENTS SAY

Follow in the footsteps of others…every year hundreds of young people choose North West Regional College as their next step on the road to university or employment. Here you can read about their experience of being a student with us.
We have a proud and established tradition for providing quality courses in this area, enabling hundreds of learners to progress from our College directly into employment or onto higher study at university. The courses we offer are delivered following discussion with our industry partners who identify the skill and competence areas they require our learners to develop prior to progressing to employment.

NWRC has a strong academic reputation and it really helps develop and improve your artistic skills. The facilities are fantastic and there is such a great atmosphere between the students and staff. The art studios for textiles, ceramics, print-making and digital are just great. This course is preparing me for higher education, and I have had so much fun and enjoyment as a student here – I would highly recommend the NWRC experience!

Diploma in Foundation Studies, Art & Design

My time at NWRC was such an amazing experience! This course opened so many doors and gave me the chance to apply for lots of degree courses. We were supported so well by the lecturers and we learned so much about research and referencing, and this stood us in good stead for life at university. The College gave me such a huge confidence boost as it got me out of my comfort zone. The wonderful friendships I made will stay with me forever.
