Course Overview

L4 Higher Award in Administrative Procedures with ICT is an introduction to the OCR suite of qualifications at this level. It will provide you with the knowledge and understanding to undertake the core units which are the practical, hands-on learning experience to develop some of your supervisory skills through actual senior and supervisory activities in a realistic working environment in the College setting. You will undertake study in the following areas: Working in a senior administrative role, supervising a team of staff, train and develop staff, chair a meeting and organise an event whilst enhancing your ICT skills. This vocational qualification is assessed by College-based OCR assignments.
