UK RequirementsThe Housing Practice Apprenticeship NI Level 3 is open to employees aged 16-24 or those about to take up permanent paid employment with a Northern Ireland based company and be contracted to work a minimum of 21 hours per week (including 3 hours of class in College) with one employer. If students do not have Level 2 Essential Skills in Numeracy and Literacy (or equivalent) this will be a mandatory element of the course.
Must currently be employed in a Housing Provider or Housing Association. Minimum requirement of work placement is 21 hours.
Further StudyThis course will lead to Level 4 and Level 5 diploma study in Housing Practice and Housing Management.
Career ProspectsThis course will provide the learner with fundamental knowledge and understanding of the Housing sector and can lead to management roles within the housing sector.
