Course Overview

At Level 1 the aim is to enable learners to operate computerised accounts software to carry out routine accounting tasks. These will include being able to create accounts, process accounting information in respect of the sales and purchase ledger and produce accounting reports.
At Level 2 the aim of the qualification is to enable learners to carry out everyday operational aspects of computerised accounts. These include processing accounting transactions, producing customer and supplier documentation and producing reports for management purposes.

UK Requirements

No formal qualifications are necessary at Level 1 but experience in operating a PC is an advantage. Level 2 candidates should have completed the C&G Level 1 Computerised Accounts course or have equivalent experience.
