Course Overview

This qualification is aimed at individuals wishing to design and deliver safe and effective circuit training sessions. It can be considered as a complimentary qualification / CPD for already qualified L2 Instructors.The purpose of this qualification is to enable learners to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours to professionally prescribe, plan and deliver safe and effective group exercise programmes within a gym, health club or outdoor environment.

YMCA recommend a pre-requisite qualification of Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing (QCF) or any qualification within the Physical Activity Advisor category on REPs.
