Course Overview

Choosing this course will allow you to achieve a qualification which is equal to 4 GCSEs. The practical nature of the course will introduce you to the computer industry and gives you an insight into a range of available careers. This practical programme offers you an alternative route to repeating qualification. It gives you an insight into the IT industry with a view to further study or employment. The course is assessed with a majority of coursework and two online exams covering a broad range of IT skills. Opportunity to resit Maths and English GCSEs are an additional option to the course of study.
