Course Overview

This is year 3 of a 4 year course on electrical installation. Topics covered include inspection & testing, fault diagnosis & rectification and electrical regulations & science. The course requires 1 day per week in college. Half of each day involves classroom theory and the other half involves workshop practical activities. All candidates will be visited on site over the year for the purposes of assessment.

Candidates must be employed in the electrical installation sector and must have completed year 1 and year 2 of this course successfully.

Additional Information

Candidates must provide their own safety footwear and overalls / work trousers.
