Course Overview

This is a prerequisite course for those who wish to enrol for GCSE Mathematics. As part of the course students must undertake and pass an internal examination. A minimum 80% attendance rate is also required. Successful candidates can then progress to undertake the GCSE programme, whilst others will be guided towards other options, including Essential Skills. Candidates who progress to the GCSE programme will have to pay relevant registration and examination fees.

Important Message

Fees must be paid at the time of enrolment, or arrangements should be put in place to pay by instalments. The full fee includes tuition, registration and examination fees (where relevant). Depending on your circumstances you may be entitled to a reduced (concessionary) fee. Reduced fees are applied to the cost of tuition only. Failure to enrol before the Awarding Body deadline may result in you incurring a late fee.
