You will be expected to complete a period of work placement in a GP surgery, hospital or other medical environment where you will complete a number of work-based units in order to achieve the full qualification.
Further StudyThis course can progress you directly into employment or onto a level 3 in Business Administration.
Career ProspectsWith this qualification you can start your career as a medical administrator or secretary, helping patients and providing vital support for doctors and other healthcare professionals. Positions for future employment also could include those of general administrators, clerical officers etc.
