Course Overview

The course aims to provide students with a strong knowledge of sports nutrition for working with clients or as an individual performing in sport. The world of sports nutrition is complex and is full of misinformation. This course aims to used evidence-based guidance to inform students of healthy, safe and effective sports nutrition practices. It is intended that the course will provide instructors / coaches with the confidence to debunk myths in sports nutrition, and to offer appropriate guidance to their athletes.

Important Message

Fees must be paid at the time of enrolment, or arrangements should be put in place to pay by instalments. The full fee includes tuition, registration and examination fees (where relevant). There are no entry requirements for the course, but it is most suitable to those with a minimum L2 Fitness instructor, or with fitness / coaching experience.
