Course Overview

This qualification is ideal for learners who wish to further develop their skills and knowledge in photo - imaging and photography and is a progression route for learners who have already gained the NCFE Level 1 and 2 qualification in Photography, or equivalent. To achieve the NCFE Level 3 Certificate in Photography learners must achieve 2 Mandatory units and one optional unit from the qualification listings. Written work is required throughout the portfolios for assessment

UK Requirements

Successful completion of Level 1 and 2 NCFE in Photography qualification, or have significant experience/ understanding of the subject area.

Additional Information

This course will help prepare learners for employment or further study. Learners will explore the correct techniques to prepare a digital camera for use, explore the creative effects of using camera lenses and will use image - processing software to present high quality images.
