Course Overview

This programme will provide you with practical skills and knowledge required for employment in the hospitality industry or a professional kitchen. The course reflects the latest industry standards having been designed in consultation with employers in the local hospitality and catering sector.Students will be trained and assessed on a range of complex restaurant style dishes for the College fine dining restaurants- The Flying Clipper (Strand Road Campus) and Garnett’s (Limavady Campus). On completion of this course, you will possess the skills and experiences that will allow you to explore a wide range of employment opportunities. There is currently high demand for trained professional chefs within the industry.

ROI Requirements

Work Placement

All students must participate on the work experience element of the course.
