Entry Requirements
UK Requirements
(a) Satisfy the University’s general entry requirements; AND (b) Have attained Grade A, B or C at GCSE in 5 subjects (to include GSCE English) or an equivalent standard in an approved qualification; AND (c) Provide evidence of competence in numeracy (GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent – this requirement may be met within (b) and can be met with level 2 Essential Skills Application of number; (d) hold a BTEC Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care or a related Level 3 subject area, or 1 GCE A Level pass or equivalent (with a minimum of 48 UCAS points to include at least 2 grades at H4 or higher); OR as an alternative to (a), (b), (c) and (d): (e) Provide evidence of their ability to undertake the programme through the accreditation of prior experiential learning. APEL (Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning) may apply for entry (visit www.nwrc.ac.uk/apply for details). All applicants must also satisfy Enhanced Disclosure from Access NI. Applicants will be invited for mandatory information session and interview.ROI Requirements
