Course Overview

This qualification is highly sought after by employers and may lead to great employment opportunities. This award allows candidates to learn, develop and practise the knowledge and practical skills required for employment and/or career progression in the engineering sector. The qualifications provide related to Engineering NVQs at Level 2. (326) - Next level up from level 1 where positional welding is required in the students development in acquiring the welding skills necessary for employment.

UK Requirements

Level 1 Welding required. The qualifications at Level 2 are designed for those wishing to build on introductory skills acquired at Level 1.

Additional Information

On completion of these qualifications candidates may progress into employment or to the following qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Engineering Level 3 Awards in Advanced Welding Skill. Safety footwear, overalls & safety glasses required. This course is in Greystone.
