Customer Service Masterclass

North West Regional College (NWRC) has joined forces with the five other Further Education Colleges in NI to support the recovery of the retail sector supported by the Department for the Economy’s ‘Retail Recovery’ programme. The programme will allow retailers to avail of training and support in a number of areas leading to accredited qualifications.

The speaker for this masterclasses is NWRC Lecturer Jonathan Millar.
