Psychlorama

Psychlorama

Psychlorama is a 360° audio-visual production made for dome projection. It is a collaborative project involving North West Regional College, Ulster University, Queen’s University Belfast, Movin Music Academy and Celtronic, working together through Connected.

‘Cycloramas’ were popular in the 18th and 19th Century, before the birth of cinema. They are panoramic images that give viewers a 360° view when standing in the middle of a circular space, allowing them to feel they are standing within the image.

Produced by Tony Talbot. Visuals by James McGarrigle and The Fully Automatic Model. Audio by Rory Donaghy, The Fully Automatic Model and Aaron Thomas. Essential contributions from Alan Hook, Vincent O’Callaghan and Chris Corrigan.

This event will run across 2 days and in 1 hour sessions.
