In today’s workplace there is high demand for skilled administrative professionals who can help the business deliver an effective service to its clients. You will develop the practical skills sought by employers today. You will be encouraged to attend placement where you will gain valuable insights to the world of work. You will undertake study in the following areas: producing complex documents, functions & roles within business organisations, team work, verbal communication and apply legislation. Students are assessed by College-based OCR assignments.

Entry Requirements

UK Requirements

Interview required.UK - OCR Level 2 Administration or equivalent and GCSE English Grade C OR 4 GCSEs (Grade C or above) to include English; ILC - 4 OLCs (Grade 05 or above) to include English; OR Leaving Cert Applied – Merit.

Additional Information

Progression: Successful completion will provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to apply for positions such as executive/ personal assistant/ clerical officer in business, civil service, local government offices, hospitals, schools, hotels etc. Students can progress onto the L4 Higher Diploma/Certificate in Administrative Procedures with ICT.
