Course Overview

This qualification is two years in duration. In this time students learn practical skills in vehicle maintenance, service, diagnosis and repair in a real garage environment. In addition, our highly trained staff will teach you technical theory as well assess the student in the workplace. It is suitable for anyone who wishes to develop further skills and advance in the motor industry. Candidates will address both the VCQ and VRQ. The day may change subject to Timetable confirmation.

Important Message

Fees must be paid at the time of enrolment, or arrangements should be put in place to pay by instalments. The full fee includes tuition, registration and examination fees (where relevant). Depending on your circumstances you may be entitled to a reduced (concessionary) fee. Reduced fees are applied to the cost of tuition only. Failure to enrol before the Awarding Body deadline may result in you incurring a late fee.

Entry Requirements

UK Requirements

Candidates must have completed the relevant level 2 qualification in motor vehicle maintenance and repair on entry. Candidates are also required to have relevant workplace employment.

Additional Information

On successful completion of the course in total, students can progress onto the Level 4 Certificate course. Boots and Overalls also required. Awarding body fees are payable this course will run subject to numbers possibility of the being changed to accommodate numbers. PPE must be worn
