Entry Requirements
UK Requirements
NI Entry Requirement: 1. Students must be currently employed* in a HR role or line management role, with responsibility for managing a team and implementing effective People Management practices. *Current Employment: It is expected that the employing organisation will be a business employing 50+ employees to provide the ideal scope for candidates to be able to complete all assignments. A current review of the applicants CV and a diagnostic interview with the Programme Co-ordinator will determine suitability to participate in this programme 2. IT skills Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). 3. Education requirements GCSE English (Minimum Grade C or recognised equivalent) 4. International students must be able to provide evidence of having achieved one of the following qualifications: • IELTS examination (score of 6.0 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each category) • TOEFL internet-based test (a score of 79 overall with a minimum of 17 in each category.) • Pearson’s Test of English (a score of 54 overall with a minimum of 51 in each category.) • Cambridge proficiency or advanced tests Grade C or above or equivalentROI Requirements
