Students must be currently employed* in a HR role or line management role, with responsibility for managing a team and implementing effective People Management practices.*Current Employment: It is expected that the employing organisation will be a business employing 50+ employees to provide the ideal scope for candidates to be able to complete all assignments. A current review of the applicants CV and a diagnostic interview with the Programme Co-ordinator will determine suitability to participate in this programme2. IT skills Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).3. Education requirements GCSE English (Minimum Grade C or recognised equivalent) or Leaving Certificate English (Grade O4 or above or recognised equivalent).4. International students must be able to provide evidence of having achieved one of the following qualifications:• IELTS examination (score of 6.0 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each category) • TOEFL internet-based test (a score of 79 overall with a minimum of 17 in each category.)• Pearson’s Test of English (a score of 54 overall with a minimum of 51 in each category.)• Cambridge proficiency or advanced tests Grade C or above or equivalent
