Are you unclear of your preferred career path? The Work Skills course is offered at level 1 and level 2. During an information and advice session you will receive advice and guidance on the course level that will suit your individual needs. Our courses provide opportunities to gain skills to help you progress into employment or on to further studies at the College. This qualifications focuses on developing personal life skills, employability skills, essential skills in Literacy, Numeracy and ICT, skills for business enterprise and specialised crafts.You will be given the opportunity to achieve the following qualifications: Certificate in Work Skills Level 1 or Level 2This includes:- Searching for a job- Career progression- Applying for a job- Planning an enterprise activity- Preparing for an interview- Running an enterprise activity- Interview skills Occupational StudiesThis may include the following:- Business Enterprise- Specialised Crafts- Essential Skills in Literacy, Numeracy and ICT
