BTEC National qualifications are widely recognised by industry and higher education as the principal vocational qualifications at level 3. Equivalent to 3 A Levels, this course combines both Business & IT allowing you to progress to further study in both subject areas. The course will provide the knowledge, understanding & skills necessary if you wish to pursue a career in either IT or Business. It is designed to meet the needs of employers and allow progression to higher study e.g. Foundation Degree in Business and Enterprise (Validated by Ulster University) at NWRC or Foundation Degree in Information Technologies (Validated by Ulster University). .

UK Requirements

4 GCSE’s (Grade C or above) to include English AND Mathematics or equivalent. Level 2 Diploma in IT or Business with English and Mathematics GCSE Grade C or equivalent.
