Course Overview
This programme will provide you with an opportunity to develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of Early Years and related issues, enabling you to become a confident, competent and well-qualified Early Years Practitioner. It will also give you a nationally recognised qualification and evidence of your ability to work in the Early Years sector. You will study a range of modules linked to curriculum, psychology and child development. Applications are made through UCAS. The full-time programme will run over 2 years; part-time will run over 2.5-3 years. Assessment methods include assignments, case studies, practical exercises, presentations, examinations and placement assessments. Enrolment on this course is subject to a satisfactory Access NI check.
