Don’t just take our word for it – listen to our students…..
Engineering AT NWRC is an incredible option.
Meet student Morgan Hughes.
Morgan who’s 16 joined NWRC in September with the dream of a career in engineering.
She said: “The A-Level in Engineering didn’t offer me enough about the subject which I needed to further me in my career.
“So I’m doing the Level 3 Extended Diploma at NWRC, which is the equivalent of 3 A-Levels. The course is very insightful and has given me a wider perspective of the key processes of engineering and how they impact the modern world.
“My tutor Conor Murphy has helped me enjoy maths and inspired me to learn more about materials used in engineering, and tutor David McLoone has inspired me to question more about how simple things work.
“I would recommend NWRC as they have been so supportive and helpful and I’m looking forward to my future with them.
“My advice to anyone doing their GCSEs is to make sure you keep you options open and don’t be scared to broaden your horizons into pastures new. Engineering in NWRC is an incredible option.
“My plan for the future is to be an engineer in the Royal Navy.”
