The qualification is a well-structured learning programme delivered in modern facilities with a dedicated teaching team. This course will introduce you to basic cookery and help develop good work and organisational practices. It is suitable for those who need to gain more confidence in their abilities to prepare and cook food and will help them to develop a professional work aptitude.All applicants will be invited to a non mandatory information session where parents/relevant professionals may attend. Arrangements for meeting individual support needs will be discussed to ensure that students have every opportunity to succeed.
