Entry Requirements

UK Requirements

Entry will require students to have completed the OCN Level 3 Award in 3D Modelling for Architecture – Revit at NWRC or similar 3D modelling courses at other FE colleges and be competent in the use of drawing software.

Additional Information

The aim of the course is to further develop learners’ 3D modelling skills, expanding on those attained at Level 3. It is targeted at employees who create virtual building models as part of the pre construction BIM process, as well as those who use virtual building models within construction management. Using specialist Revit 3D Modelling software, learners work through a series of diverse projects to develop core competencies and explore more advanced features of the software. This ensures they gain both practical skills and a deeper understanding of digital construction workflows.

The traditional route of A-Levels just wasn’t for me. My years at NWRC were amazing, significantly shaping my creative journey. The facilities and lecturers are the best. I felt incredibly prepared to study Fashion Design at Ulster University.
