Entry Requirements
UK Requirements
UK Applicants must have achieved the equivalent of 48 UCAS Tariff points with at least one pass in a related discipline together with a minimum of 4 passes at GCSE Grade C or above, which must include Mathematics or equivalent Level 2 qualifications, OR A BTEC level 3 qualification in an engineering discipline (including GCSE Mathematics or equivalent Level 2 qualification). ROI Applicants must have achieved an Irish Leaving Certificate equivalent to 48 UCAS points (to include mathematics at O5).Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL) can be considered for mature students for entry.Additional Information
The course allows for a wide range of practical activities and opportunities for team working, incorporating a range of computer-based IT Engineering Applications where students have access to industry-standard Design, Simulation and Control software packages.
