Course Overview

This course will provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to become a competent technical hairdresser. You will develop the foundation skills in hairdressing including health and safety, shampooing, conditioning, setting, styling, cutting and colouring hair including customer consultation and reception duties. This broad range of skills and experience allows students to move into employment or to progress to a Level 3 qualification.

Career opportunities for former successful students include positions within top class salons, television, working abroad, on cruise liners, in demonstration work or teaching. Material fee of £170 also required for uniform and kit.
