Students from the Hairdressing Academy at NWRC put on a stylish show on campus this week when they took part in the Level 3 competition.
Well done to everyone for their hard work in the Cut and Colour, Upstyle, Avant Garde and Full Collection categories.
Our judges were Linda Leighton of @lindaleightonhair , Siobhan Donaghy, formerly of Sophisticut Limavady and a former pupil and lecturer of NWRC, and Jemma McGilligan, another former student, now self employed at Cooke & Co.
Judges had a difficult job on their hands but well done to all the winners – especially Sonia McAleese who took first prize in the Overall Collection, first in the cut and colour, second in the avant garde and third in upstyle.
Hairdressing is one of many curriculum areas that will be taking part in tomorrow’s Open Day in Limavady.
