Congratulations to everyone at Foyle Cup 2026
Very well done to everyone involved in this years O'Neills Foyle Cup.
North West Regional College was once again delighted to be one of the sponsors of the tournament - the prestigious U-16 boys category. The final of this competition was held at the Ryan McBride Brandywell stadium and witnessed a great game involving two evenly matched sides - Dundee United and Ballymoney Youths. But it was the Scottish lads who prevailed after penalties, winning the shoot-out 4 - 2.
The College was active throughout the week, taking part in the initial parade and welcome reception at the Guildhall.
And students and staff from NWRC sport attended some of the games to provide expert performance analysis and data to the teams and coaches.
