After the Covid shutdown, Patricia, who had owned her own beauty salon, decided to consider a change in direction regarding her career.
I really enjoyed my course, it covered all aspects of administration work.
Patricia is now working full-time at Sammon Chartered Surveyors in Clarendon Street after completing the OCR Level 3 Certificate in Administration with ICT (Business Professional), at Strand Road campus.
“I always wanted to work in admin,” she said. “I rang NWRC and they advised me what courses were available. I really enjoyed the course, it covered all aspects of administration work.
