Course Overview

The ten-week course is a beginners’ guide to becoming a Youtuber. The course will cover all the skills needed for the learner to set up on YouTube, from establishing their own YouTube account to basic filming and editing techniques. Learners will learn about the different types of YouTube channels and will be taught how to grow their own audience through cross-promotion on social media. Topics covered will include: understanding YouTube; understanding video formats; keyword research; legal and ethical issues; appropriate equipment and software use and much more.
