This course provides a focused introduction to education and training within the Hair and Beauty industry, equipping learners with the knowledge and confidence to begin teaching or training roles. Units include; Understanding Roles, Responsibilities and Relationships in Education and Training, Understanding and Using Inclusive Teaching and Learning Approaches, and Understanding Assessment in Education and Training, all contextualised specifically to Hair and Beauty. Entry Requirements

UK Requirements

Level 3 Diploma in Hairdressing OR; Level 3 Diploma in Barbering OR; Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy; PLUS at least 2 years post qualification (Level 3) It is recommended that students have completed OCN Level 5 Extended Diploma in H&B Management and wish to pursue a career in education within the H&B Industry
