Course Overview

This course is aimed at those wishing to learn about catwalk, photographic and commercial make-up looks. The course covers basic make-up skills to specialist looks, including bridal, high fashion, decade and creative fantasy effects. Participation in live photoshoots is provided to develop the skills required to work as an make-up artist. It is suitable for those working in the beauty industry wishing to up-skill or for those who simply have an interest in make -up

Additional Information

This qualification will prepare you for role as a specialist make-up artist in the beauty, media or arts sector, or to simply enjoy the art of makeup. On successful completion of this qualification you could progress directly into employment in a variety of contexts including - theatre, film, print media, photographic studios - beauty and/or hair salons - independent/self-employed/mobile/home based settings, work as an MUA - product distribution and training. A recommended kit list will be issued prior to course commencement at a material cost of £150.
