Fees must be paid at the time of enrolment, or arrangements should be put in place to pay by instalments. The full fee includes tuition, registration and examination fees (where relevant). Depending on your circumstances you may be entitled to a reduced (concessionary) fee. Reduced fees are applied to the cost of tuition only. Failure to enrol before the Awarding Body deadline may result in you incurring a late fee.

This qualification is targeted at learners who wish to develop their existing customer service skills or to new learners wishing to enter customer service roles within the travel or tourism industry and related industries.There are no formal restrictions on entry however learners must be at least 16 years of age.Additional Information
Progression
The OCN NI Level 2 Award in the Principles of Customer Service qualification enables progression into further learning in customer service or related areas and/or into employment.
