Exam Results Arriving?

Results will be available as per below:

You can view your results online via your NWRC online account.

• Visit the examination section of your NWRC online account
• You will be required to log in using your Username/Email and Password. Your 'Username' is the first part of your personal email address (up to the @ symbol). You will have the option to reset your password if you have forgotten it
• Your grade will be listed under the Grade Description column
• If you are accessing your online account via a mobile phone or tablet, you may need to select the 'Export' option at the top right-hand side of the screen to view your result

Username / Email

• You can log into your account using the personal email address you used when originally setting-up your online account
• Your 'Username' is the first part of your personal email address (up to the @ symbol). E.g JoeBloggs123@hotmail.com would be "JoeBloggs123"

Password

• On the online application screen, click ‘Forgot your password’
• Enter your Username
• You will receive an email with a link to reset the password to your account

If you are still having trouble accessing your online account please contact the IT Helpdesk on 028 7127 6565 between 8:30am and 5pm (9am to 4pm on Fridays), or email IS.Helpdesk@nwrc.ac.uk.

If you are unhappy with your results in the first instance you should email exams@nwrc.ac.uk. Further details can be found by viewing the Joint Council for Qualification's Post-Results Service document. It is important to note that the Post Results Service Checker will incur a fee set by the Awarding Body.

If you remain dissatisfied with your results, you may appeal using the process outlined below.

You should follow the process for academic assessment appeals using the Academic Assessment Appeals Policy.

• Complete Appendix 1 of the Academic Assessment Appeals Policy and return to the Quality Enhancement Unit (QEU) by emailing QEU@nwrc.ac.uk

• All appeals should be sent within 5 working days of receiving the assessment/examination result (see Key Dates for Results for the relevant Awarding Body) or the Post Results Service Checker.

• All appeals should be processed using NWRC processes. If an appeal is requested to be sent to the Awarding Body, this must come from the College and coordinated through QEU.

You can email exams@nwrc.ac.uk with your name, date of birth and course details and the team will arrange to have your records updated.
