Eating Well

Eating well is an important part of staying healthy and feeling your best. To make sure that you make the most of your time at NWRC College, you need to look after your physical health by eating well.

Having an unhealthy diet may impact how well you do in classes and in exams but eating well has the potential to positively influence your academic performance. Eating well will help to improve both your physical and mental wellbeing.

Fitness Fun @ NWRC

The Walk Your Way to Fitness programme will begin at each NWRC campus Monday 10th September at lunchtime.

Walking is a great way to ease your way into a fitness programme and have fun into the bargain. Everyone will have the opportunity to walk as far as they want twice a week and after eight weeks you can progress to our ‘Skipathon Challenge’ or you can continue on the walking programme.

On completion of the Skipathon, a special medal will be awarded to all participants. So, why not have fun on your way to fitness at NWRC
